Late delivery of a parcel is causing me to get into trouble at work. When I try to trace the parcel online the service doesn't work. I try to contact customer services but no one ever answers the call centre numbers. I have called multiple contact numbers and have recieved the same, pathetic service. When I did get a reply via email regarding my parcel, I was informed that the parcel had arrived from PE to Tswane but that due to a back log I could not be told when the parcel would be delivered to me. I then asked if I could go and personal collect the parcel from Tswane, I received no response. It has now been a week of me trying to contact the post office and I need my parcel by TOMORROW (4 april) as I will be away for work and the Parcel has to come with me. MY JOB IS ON THE LINE BECAUSE NO ONE AT THE POST OFFICE CAN DO THEIRS. I AM SHOCKED< DISGUSTED AND OUTRAGED> My parcel was posted from PE well in time and should have already been received by me more than 15 days ago!!! Parcel number: PE 787 287 618 ZA
