A parcel was posted to me on 26 June 2013, from Walmer. It arrived at Witspos (hub) on 01 July 2013 and has never been seen since. After many phone calls, complaints etc. There is still no sign of this parcel. The sad part is that neither the Post Office nor the company I ordered products from could care less. The company has their money so why would they care. The Post Office, well, its not their parcel, so why should they care. The service levels in this country are absolutely disgusting. Nobody cares anymore, there is no respect, no manners no nothing. I will never see this parcel, nor will I get my money back. Let this be a warning to others who order from places who deliver through the Post Office, DON'T DO IT!! I am not surprised that the Post Office will one day be a thing of the past, they do nothing anyway, just a waste of space, time and money. Hopefully the courier services will be better and put the Post Office out of business soon!!!
