STAFF AT ROBERTSHAM POST OFFICE IS A

Boitemelo Mphela is a - I posted a parcel from Robertsham Post office on the 18 May and to date the parcel hasnt arrived at the destination. No one at SAPO knows what happen to the parcel and the tracking number also doesnt show any updates - thus the parcel was handed to Boitemelo and she was the last person who handled the parcel. I can only conclude she has the parcel and i will lay a charge soon. No one wants to help locate the parcel or assist me further, i am reportin to the area manager as well. this is terrible service - and dishonest people like Boitemelo shouldnt be emplyed at the Post office.
