SA Tracking number ii 278 255 375 ZA.
I bought a valentines present for my husband from the USA and had the item sent out by EMS, to ensure that we would get the parcel in time for Valentines day.
The parcel arrived in SA and was sent out for delivery on the 13 February from JIMC, but they failed to deliver the parcel!!?
I phoned Christina at speedservices and she assured me that it would be sent out and delivered on the 14th.
The parcel was sent out again on the 14th February, but again it was a missed delivery!?
The parcel is meant to be delivered to HEKPOORT post office, where I will pick it up. The post office is on the R560 and is easy to find unlike our residential address.
I normally receive excellent service from the EMS crowd.
Why has this parcel gone out for deliver on two occasions, but has not been delivered???
When will this parcel be delivered?
