It's not often one has the opportunity to thank the post office, especially the South African Post Office, but...
A parcel sent from London on 21st May went walkabout, and I'd given up all hope of ever seeing the dvd and cd it contained.
My friend had put the wrong address on the parcel, but thankfully she got a tracking number, and once I called Customer Services and got the new, local, tracking number, they were able to tell me the entire history of the parcel .. where it had been, and where it was now.
NOW, it is now safely in my hands.
Thank you to Jackie who tracked the parcel and called me, TWICE, to inform me that she'd found it and then to tell me when I could expect to collect it - having given her the correct address!
Oh, and I also received an email to inform me that it had arrived at my post office and was ready for collection.
