SA Post Office
15 days passed, still nothing

I had a debit card posted to me on the 10/05/2013 from Cape town. I kept tracking my parcel and suddenly for about a full six days it was stuck at Witspos (from the 14th to the 20th). Eventually it arrived at the branch here in Johannesburg CBD (First notification being the 21st). I went there yesterday and they told me I needed a slip first before getting my parcel. I live in Jeppe street, the post office is in Jeppe street, just 5 blocks away from me but it has been 4 days already and I still have not received a slip. This is really inconveniencing me because I am so used to the post office being speedy. Since when do I need a slip to get my package?
