SAPO has lost my international parcel

I ordered items from USA and it was mailed to me from USA on 1March2013 it arrived on 13 March 2013 and was supposedly sent to Lyndhurst Post office on 14March2013.I enquired at the track and trace call centre and they said my parcel was sent to Lyndhurst on 14 March 2013 .I visited the Lyndhurst branch hoping to get my parcel but they had no record of my parcel. I then tried calling the international mail centre but no answer on the telephone at all. I then contacted Jack Moreroa at SAPO head office and he said my parcel was at the mail centre at the airport and I went there on his instruction and was kept waiting from 13h30 till 14h15 only to hear my parcel was not there. I was given a slip to prove that the parcel was sent in a mail bag to Lyndhurst. I then went back to Lyndhurst with this slip and they showed me their register and no mail was received from the international mail centre on that day.
