Parcel not delivered

Driver came and pick up parcel, it was not delivered to address on slip. After numerous phone calls I was told it was taken to Midrand and not Sandton. Parcel can't be found. After I was requested to send Invoice for goods, nothing happened, no emails are responded to. No refund nor parcel.
