My parcels got lost at de parcel counter at PEP Store, Attlyn, Pretoria, 12-01-2014.. I was told that they don't have staff assigned 4 customers belongings and there was nothing they could do about the matter as they don't even have cctv instore. I asked re-print of purchase slip from where I shopped for my lost goods as I used debit order to pay. Bongi, the manager incharge on the day of incident took the slip as proof and promised to get back to me but till today I haven't heard from her. I fail to understand why does Pep stores in Attlyn have parcel counter if its not monitored?? Someone must intervene in this matter as I have been waiting for their call and nothing is being done about this.
