First incident. I am a True Love Magazine Subscriber and my magazines are meant to be delivered to my address. They are always late and 2 of the magazines were not delivered. I paid for those magazines for them not to be delivered.
Second incident. My mom had won a competition. We got a slip from the office, the address was correct but the name was not. it was an ordinary parcel slip. My mom went to fetch the parcel after i had phoned the head office to enquire if we are allowed to fetch a parcel addressed to us but with a different name and the lady there said yes. Bear in mind it was from the address we were waiting for. The man at the post office refused to give her and said it was books, which funny enough he refused to bring them so she can see and the slip was written Canned goods. We had to end up calling the place again and they had to resend another parcel and this time they will give us the tracing number, tell us when they send it and when it arrives just to avoid being crooked again by the post office.
