My parcel has been standing there for weeks now. I have tried so many times to contact the "Parcel Interception" department but have been put on hold for up to 35 min at a time and eventually i have had to hang up. This is pathetic!!! answer your darn phones. You are offering a service but it is totally usless. PATHETIC!!!
