I am so disappointed, i am so disgusted at EMS JHB INT Mail Centre. i have been phoning them if they do answer, my call they to me that the parcel is at the post office and at the post office they say was detained its not at the post office. they never answer their call or they put you on hold. I PROMISE YOU I WILL FIGHT THIS AND I WILL GET MY PARCEL IT WAS A GIFT. YOU HAVE NO SHAME IT WAS A GIFT FROM A PRIEST. i went to the post office called them to look out for my parcel but nothing, i promise you I WILL TAKE YOU THE OMBUDSMAN. ITS A PROMISE. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOU SO MANY COMPLAINS AND YOU JUST DONT CARE.
