I have been waiting for a parcel since end January 2013. Last week I was told the parcel went to the incorrect Post Office who claims that they have send out a notification (no proof of that and I have not received it). Thus the parcel was send back to EMS. Tried to contact them last week which took me over an hour to get hold of them. I spoke to Corli who told me that they need an supplier invoice and the parcel will be delivered again. Faxed it through to her after which I get no response. Today I had to hold on for 45 minutes and still no one answers the phones. I see this as as I paid for the item in this parcel they are holding.
If I do not get a response within an hour (by 11h30) I am going to the police to open a case!
