I had a parcel posted to me on the 23/4/2013, I kept on looking on the online track and trace to see if the parcel has arrived yet and always got the same message that the parcel is still at the Germiston Hub in transit.
I tried calling the call centre where I just about never get answer, eventually got answer and was told that my parcel has been sent to Norkem Park post office on the 25/4/2013 I was never informed of this.
I was told as soon as they scan a parcel it updates the system as" firs notification" so in other words my parcel have been lying in their store room since the 25/4/2013 and was never scanned in.
This is the second time that this has happened not to mention the very very unfriendly staff and treatment you get when walking into the NORKEM PARK post office.
