Parcel Not In The Country

A parcel was shipped on the 26/09/13 and left the US on the 29/09/13, tracking number EC989180889US according to the post office this parcel still hasn't arrived in the country which I find impossible. When you try to phone the ems centre on 0119616039/40/92 you hang on for 15minutes and then they answer and hang up on you or the call is just dropped. This is totally unacceptable
