I took a parcel to Bruma Post Office on 13th February @ 10, 59 to be sent to Richards Bay. According to Track and Trace it has not left their premises. Went back to Bruma post office on 21st to collect parcel as advised by customer service department - I was told by a male staff member "Puilani" (not sure of spelling) that on the previous Saturday parcel was sent to Witspos. Told me to phone them on 086 0111 502 which is the track and trace number - just cant get them to answer their phones. I am extremely anxious as my client needs this parcel.
Please can someone help.
