I received the slip to say i must submit the invoice with the value of my parcel on the 05 November 2013, I faxed it on the 11th and called to confirm receipt on the 12th and they confirmed that it was received, and I was told it will be sent out the next day and can expect it @ my nearest post office by Friday 15th November. To date I haven;r received notification that my parcel is at my nearest post office and when I check on EMS website it still shows that the parcel hasn't left the JHB INTL MAIL CENTRE, and now they don't answer their phones you hold and after some time the call is diconnected. what does one have to do to get their parcels on time?
