Posted a parcel a month ago - still in transit

I posted a parcel to be sent to Pretoria from Meyerton on the 14th of February 2013. The parcel has not reached its destination and according to the online track and trace, the parcel is in Mafikeng (HUB). Please can I get feedback as to what is happening with the parcel as it has been almost a month and I am accruing costs of non-delivery of the package as it is long overdue.
