How can the customer centre be so slow this parcel was posted on 26 February 2012 to Vandykpark Postoffice when will it ever arrive? Ive been told there is a strike, but if so why accept packages for transport? I cannot understand how a national service can be so incompetent. Why are we paying for a service that we are not receiving? I have phoned many times only to hear about the strike, nobody wants to help I need this parcel and people supposed to help you just look the other way. How on earth can I get my parcel, this is mine I have paid the price to the post office but now after more than 'n month still waiting for it. Going from one post office to another sending it back to Germiston Hub why???
