BAD SERVICE - NO DELIVERY!

My parcel has been sent on the 26/02/2012, then it took ten days to get to the Germiston Hub, and eversince it is still there, for 8 days now! I've tried to contack them on this number 0860111502, but no answer! And I emailed them but they did not get back to me!
