Poor service delivery

I requested a service from speed services which was not delivered to me. The items of tracking number TC 182648905ZA were, however not insured because I was not informed of such services (has it was my first time) should the parcel get lost or carelessly misplaced. The parcel consisted of a cell phone and a perfume to the total of roughly about R1300. I asked the consultant who was helping me about insuring the parcel after reading about it on the waybill and he said that he dos'not know of which he failed to tell me that it is only .3% of the total cost of the goods. i had only insured the phone with CNA, however I can not claim because they require the IMEI number of the phone which was in the box i posted the phone in. When i notified them, they said they will investigate, but it has been 3 months now with no feed back. when i try to call them, i get put through an operator until my airtime runs out. I posted the parcel on 22/11/2012 and i was told it will reach its destination the following day 23/11/2012.
