Speed Services and Post Office pass the buck

I purchased goods on an internet site which was to be delivered 'counter to counter' by speed services. i received my tracking number and went to the Sunninghill Post Office to collect. I was told the parcel did not arrive
however the parcel number was on a delivery note to the Post Office. Both Speed Services and the manager of the Post Office in Sunninghill blame each other whilst i dont get answer from either as to where my parcel is.
no feedback for 4 days now!
