I was at farrarmere post office on tuesday 29th January to send a parcel overnight.By thursday morning the person still had mot received their parcel. I phoned the post office they said i must phone speed services which i did. They then said that tracking number does not even appear on their system, and they told me to phone the PO office again. the lady told me she is sure the parcel had left but she will contact me back. She called back about 30 mins later and said the parcel is STILL there, it had "fallen behind papers". I just think that is very unprofessional, and they should take more caution to prevent this happening again. This parcel was quite urgent.
