Our police clearance certificates have been at the Pretoria post office for the past 7 days. Phoning the post office call centre are pointless.
These clearance certificates are all that is between us and our EU work permits.
No EU work permits withing the next week, we will lose the contract and local workers will be retrenched.
I have just spoken to my local postmaster, who tells me that no postal items have been received from Pretoria since the 10th of February 2013.
