A RESPONSE RECEIVED

Following on my complaint in February 2013, I was pleasantly impressed when I received an e-mail from Maud Ngalo from the Head Office Customer Services, advising that my complaint had been sent to Magda at the Centurion Post Office to deal with. Later that same day, a very friendly lady from the Centurion Post Office called me, and explained that the company who monitors the payment of box rentals, came to fetch the list before the post office had finished updating the list, hence my p o box shown as not renewed. After faxing her the proof of payment, the box was opened about a week later. However due to the silly postal strike, no post was delivered there for some time. Hopefully this can now be put behind us. Thanks to, I think their names were Magda and Susan, at the Centurion Post Office - I do wish there were many more efficient people like yourselves working at that Post Office.
