Good Morning. Have you called the local Post Office. As we understand, There is a so called Local Tracking Number the South Africa Post Office will provide to you once you give them the International Tracking Number so you can easily track you package.
As explained before. The Package has arrived to RSA "without any problem" as you can see in the Tracking Update we have provided you. The delayed is "NOT" from our side but the South Africa Post Office. We have no problem refunding you the money if the "FAULT" is from our side but this delayed clearly not from our side but from your Local Post Office System. I recommend thru Phone call them and provide them this International Tracking Number "CP330006760AE" and in exchange they will give you a Local Tracking Number.
It is clear that the item is still in RSA at there was no other update the RSA Post Office send it back to sender. (U
