I sent an urgent parcel out 2 weeks ago and it has not even left the post office where it was posted to date. This is unacceptable.
If the post office do not pay their workers sufficiently it is NOT my problem! I pay to receive a service and the Post Office is failing me because they don't care about customer service. They did not even want to give my parcels back and refund me my money so I can use a courier who WANTS TO WORK!
You are a pathetic institution and you need to seriously look at your top management with their no care attitudes. You don't care about your workers, so what chance does the public - your CUSTOMERS!! - have!
I am extremely disappointed and will not use the post office in future and will rather pay double and use a courier company. You will lose customers and still not care!
