So my Tablet form FNB that took 4 weeks to get to Bright Point for it to be delivered. So they call me to confirm delivery address and tell it will be delivered on Monday 18 Feb.

Monday comes and goes and nothing, Tuesday... nothing... so I call on Wednesday and speak to Mbali and she promises me it will be delivered the next day which is Thursday. I call on Thursday after receiving nothing yet again and speak to Sedi who assures me that it will be delivered today by 10:00. Yet again nothing. So I call and they tell me that the device got damaged on Monday by the courier company and they only realized this now. So now I have to wait for knows how long.

How can they promise me that it will be delivered over and over again while the device is sitting in the warehouse damaged. Why didn't the delivery company tell them that the device is damaged? When I called why didn't Sedi and Mbali check with the courier company before making promises to me?

I guess incompetency runs rampant in this country
