No delivery of tablet

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 on the 18th February 2013 from FNB and got approval feedback on the 22nd February. I was told that the device would be delivered within 10 working days. I have called the call centre on numerous occassions and told that my device is on the priority list, and it was released on the 28th February, the Courier company would give me a call and the device would be delivered within 5-7 working days. We are on day 8 today and I have not received the tablet let alone the call from the Courier company.
