SA Post Office
No Regard for Customer Service

I have had 2 separate parcels sent from 2 separate post office branches in the Gauteng region and neither of these parcels has even left Gauteng after almost 2 weeks. I need the items fairly urgently and was promised a postal time of about 3 - 5 days I am now on day 10 and the items is still in Gauteng.

I have contacted the post office and all they do is blame the strikes, however there are no reports about strikes and those that there are say everything has been resolved about 7 days ago. If you have strikes surely you make another plan in order to keep customers happy.

I have emailed and phoned and no one can tell me what the hold up is. My patience is wearing thin
