SA Post Office Complaint

I am urgently waiting for 2 packages.
The fact that it is not yet delivered is UNACCEPTABLE.

The tracking numbers are:
RI268017733ZA
PE756681136ZA

I read on the SAPO site that the strike was acknowledged on the 15th.
Its been 7 Days.
How is this not resolved yet?

If this takes much longer I will in future rather pay a few hundred for peace of mind and actual service to courier companies.
