Ive had 100% success with SAPO up till last week. I had 2 packages trailing one another a day apart. I received the first, but the second has been sitting at Witspos since the 12th of Feb. I was informed by the staff at my local branch that there is a strike at Witspos. Nobody can give me any indication of when this strike will end or if there are any plans to alleviate any of these backlogs. Their customer contact call-center has also mysteriously been down or just holds all week.
Many individuals and business's rely on SAPO to deliver mail on time. Dropping the ball like this is unacceptable, and the circumstances around the reported reason for this strike are also shocking.
SAPO please sort yourselves out so the rest of us can get on with business!
