Twice this week, we parked at V&A under the Clock Tower Centre, paid the parking ticket with cash and then the parking boom says the ticket is not paid. One afternoon leaving the parking the boom took MINUTES to open every time a car put its ticket is. We sat in a queue of about 10 cars wating for almost 15 minutes with many cars behind us! Then the lady at the help desk argued with us and said our ticket is invalid! system, same type of incident happened on Tueasday and again of Thursday. Please fix your paking system. The npay station is immensly slow as well...
