It is absolutely shocking how customer service is in denial about the fact that the strike is affecting soooo many customers of the Post Office. It is shocking that no action are taken in order to sort out the strikes. Are you really delivering whatever it takes? I DON'T THINK SO! People are not receiving urgent post because of pathetic and unacceptable service.
Thank you, though, to the wonderful manager at Monumentpark Post Office for assisting me in the best way she could.
