Waitning for my parcels for neary a months

Good day,
I've been now waiting for my parcels since the 10th of February and SAPO has not delivered them to me.
There's no indication to when the strike will end and whether or not I will receive my packages as a result of a strike.
My tracking numbers are:

There is no indication on the SAPO site either to when the strike will end or what the latest news on the strike are.
Very poor communication and I'm very frustrated with the service levels provided!
I think you should change your logo to "We don't deliver - whatever it takes! "
