I posted a package from Cape Town on 26 Feb 2013. Two days ago I called to find out where my package was because the company it was suppose to go to did not recieve it. I was told that there is a strike and that the delivery would be delayed as it's sitting in one of their dispatch offices in gauteng. I was told that it would be delivered in the next two days. I just called again now and was told that it's still sitting in the same place. When I asked when this strike was going to end I was told that it is an illegal strike and there's no telling when it will end.
This is pathetic!!! this is not even a legal strike... what is SAPO doing to get peoples packages delivered???
On the reciept I recieved it says " We deliver, whatever it takes" It clearly does not seem this way right now.
