Unable to contact SAPO EMS for assistance

I ordered a package from the USA about 6 weeks ago, the carriers website says at customs in destination country then unable to deliver, this is one of three packages and the other two are at customs (advised by post office were they advised me to contact SAPO). trying to contact SAPO and EMS over 40 times over the past two days with no luck (not even one of my calls answered) I really need to know where this item is, can someone help please, the tracking numbers which i have are..
