Charity function to be cancelled

I ordered goods for a charity fundraiser- the package has been lying at the Durmail Hub from the 16th. If I do not receive the package by next week, I will have to cancel the event and we will be losing thousands due to this.

If someone can just help me to confirm the address where the parcel is, I can arrange with a courier to collect it. I just need the measurments & weight of the package as well as authorization that they will give the package to a courier.
