Register mail never deliveried

I have been expecting a package (with tracking no. rd530003256za) from University of Cape Town. The package was posted on 24-December-2012, and arrived WITSPOST (Hub) on the 31/12/2012, according to the tracking service. The package is still sitting at WITSPOST (HUB).

I have tried contacting SAPO tracking and trace both telephonically and online - there was no answer on the telephone; and there is no response from email enquiry.

I just want my package delivered to me.

Please can someone help with this issue.
