PACKAGE STUCK IN JHB!

I ordered a package (with tracking no. RR196123117SE) from overseas through [URL Removed] . The package arrived in "JHB INT MAIL CENTRE" on the 6/12/2012, according to the tracking service. It has had the status of "Incomming International" (sic) for more than a month.

I have tried contacting JHB Customs both telephonically and online - there was no answer on the telephone and the call cut after seven minutes; the online enquiry service on the EMS South Africa website crashed after I clicked on "Submit".

I just want my package delivered to me.

Please can someone help with this issue.
