Our company would like to thank Jason Kupritz- Ceo of Konica Minolta for the quick response to our problem.

Unfortunately it was the mistake of a sales rep that is no longer working for Konica Minolta that has put our company in this situation.

Everything was sorted out by Mr Jason Kupritz and our company is very happy about this excellent service.
