Very Bad Service and plenty

We have a copier from Konica Minolta and when we started work in January the machine did not want to work so we have a maintance service contract and we contacted Konica Midrand who send out an technician
This technician only told my staff that the board was blown completely and that it needs replacing. We then got a quote from them stating that the repairs will be R 39000.00.But the machine was still making copys but did not want to print from the computer. I then contacted Konica and told them that it still make copys but only it does not print from the computer and were told that the board is blown and that I need to claim from my insurance. I told them that I do not want to claim from the insurance because I do not want the premium to go up and were told that they can get a secondhand one for R25000. and they can use the board. I was then told that I need to claim for the full R38000 and pay them the R25000 and keep the rest for myself. This was an eye opener for me and I contacted our IT Dept who then loged on to our system via Teamviewer and within minutes the problem was sorted out completely. This is unfair business practice and I need to warn people about this
