Bad Service and high Voltage of Electricity

My Name is Palesa, I have a complaint for Eskom.

The service rendered in your company is very disappointing. Yesterday the plugs were off however the kitchen light was dimly lit. All the electrical appliances were all shocking and the fridge is also damaged. It's not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th or the 10th time I have raised this concern.

I need this matter to be taken up with immediate effect o. Our electrical appliances are not safe at all. The Eskom call centre is even the worst. Why don't they employ competitive people if they can't do the Job. They want to act when there is a huge fire. A person's life is irreplaceable if you didn't know. Please send somebody to Upgrade that main switch with immediate effect I can't take this anymore.

I have contacted Eskom more than a thousand times to receive no assistance. I am taking this matter up.

Hellopeter please assist. We are leaving under Dangerous circumstances, we buy globes avery 2nd day this is too much.

And every time a report the matter i am told our main switch is not registered how is that possible.
