So, after nearly one month Sasfin comes back stating the following via email :
"Further to our telephone conversation and subsequent meeting at your offices, I have spoken to our head of business banking with regards to you not wanting to pay for the Minolta equipment that you have acquired through Konica Minolta Corporate Solutions.
Whilst we do understand the frustrations that you have due to the equipment not operating to your satisfaction and have asked Minolta to attend to your problems, we cannot accept that you will not continue to pay your rentals or settle the equipment as proposed to you. The financing of the equipment is between yourselves and our bank, and as such, we require you to honour your obligations as per our signed contract.
We have asked Minolta to solve the problem for you, but I believe you were not entirely happy with the solution. Please come back to us so that we may finalise the situation and get clarity on the way forward. Thanking you "With this they again just pass the buck and there is no clear outcome but to ask me to come back to finalise the situation after we clearly stated our concerns.
