We moved from an old building to a new one, the guys from Minolta came and helped with the moving of the equipment. its been a week now and we still not connected. they came one day and told me that the connecting brackets were missing and that has been it since. i call everyday and im always told a technician is coming. yesterday one came and said be back today and when i call im told i must wait for two days. this is so inconveniencing as we cannot print and we pay for the services every month. this is just not on.
