Every couple of days I call the Post office tracking facility at 012-401-7902 to enquire about my parcel from the USA. It was sent to me USPS first class international mail with tracking number LK 035 314 764 US. The call center agent always tells me that it has not entered the country yet. How is this possible that the parcel takes over 2 months to arrive? Is it possible that it is in SA and in the post office strike got lost/? Please help me locate this parcel, it has been far too long now.
