I am a justine consultant i normally recieve my parcel from justine at the post office in Secunda. On the 14th of August they sent me a sms that my parcel has came to the post office and the post office sent me the tracking number via. sms, When i got to the post ofice they aparently gave my justine parcel to the wrong justine consultant whom is NS Pinky Adams. I am concerned on how can the post office give away my justine parcel to an incorrect justine member whilst upon recieving a parcel you requested to produce your Id book, they scan your id number and tracking number barcode on the box to match the parcel. To day I still havent recieved any explaination or assistance to track this parcel back to me from the post office, instead I was assisted by a very rude personnel at the parcel receiving department at the post office. Justine is expecting payment for this delivery from me which I didnt recieve and the error is on the post office side. I need assistance on this as it is reflect bad on my name on my customers and Justine. The post office does have NS Pinky Adams details and Justines details, they need to resolve this matter please. Very concerned citizen at Secunda area.
