I lodged a complaint more than a week ago and even received a response - wow. But the response was inaccurate - I was told the strike was over - but it is NOT. We still do not receive any mail - my package is still missing - I had to purchase and re-embroid the items at my cost because my client needed the items for an event. Not only did this extra cost come out of my pocket but my reputation as a supplier has been damaged due to late delivery on my part. So please could SA Post Office advise what now???
