Tracking number of Parcel: RB195469372CN was despatched 28/2/2013..

This parcel is still missing and I have still not received any further feedback from the Post Office. It is unacceptable that the Post Office does not accept responsibility and I wish to lodge a claim for my parcel. Please advise urgently
