On February 12 2013 at 09:15 i visited the post office in kinross, mpumalanga.
What a terrible experience. First i was told that my parcel did not arrive and the teller did not even want to check with the tracking number??!! what nonsense!!
after being told that i need to check my tracking number (which was shot down before even being entered in the system), i noticed MY PARCEL in a room directly behind the teller, after informing the teller, she became defensive, loud and rude!! and she went on and on and on and on!!!
This is totally unacceptable, especially from a company like this!! Your methods, staf and processes should all be driven by client satisfaction, this is truelly poor service!
